Realm Connect Help

 
 

On Sundays, October 20, 27, and November 3, our “Help Center” will be open and staffed between services and after the 10:30 service. Below are a few step-by-step instructions for app tasks you may want to tackle right away.

 
 
  • To create an account for the Realm Connect app:

    1- If you are a church member with an email in our database you should have received an email invitation to join Realm. Find the Realm invitation in your email. If you don't see it, check your email's spam folder to ensure it wasn't sent there by mistake.

    2- Click the link inside the email.

    3- Enter your email address and create a password for your account. You can now log into the Realm Connect app using this account information.

  • From the app, you’ll select your profile on the upper left corner. You will be redirected to the mobile website and asked to sign in. A dialog box will pop up enabling you to make general changes to your account. Click 'Save' to exit the dialog box and click on your photo in the upper right hand corner. Select 'Privacy' from the dropdown. From there you can choose one of four privacy setting or set ‘custom privacy’ for specific information fields. Be sure to save your selections.

  • Sure! You can customize which icons appear at the bottom of your app.

    In your app, select '… More' from the navigation bar. Click 'Edit' in the upper right corner. Drag your four preferred icons to be included in the navigation bar. Click 'Done'.
